Stretching 1 800 meters throughout the picturesque estate grounds, the running track is a specialized Finnenbahn. It has a soft, 10-cm-thick layer of sawdust, wood shavings, and wood chips laid over a drainage layer of sand and gravel to provide a smooth, joint-friendly surface that is ideal for running. 

The track offers an experience akin to forest paths, which significantly enhances the benefits and challenges of barefoot running.
